My Studio
I like to use small defining brushes because with them, I can bring out small details and make the piece more life like. I also utilize medium to large, flat brushes to help me lay down backgrounds and large swatches of colour quickly.

Painting En Plein Aire
One fun thing I like to do is paint en plein aire, which means painting on location out in nature. I don't always complete a painting on location because of time or weather, but I do finish the painting eventually! Here are a couple examples. And I don't always dress in Steampunk, but sometimes the times just call for it.
A huge thank you to Gail Jones Photography and Marilyn Grubb
(Chipabirdee Images) for the beautiful photos!
